All selected speakers have confirmed that they will be able to present at LASCON on 10/28/2011. It's hard to top last year's all-star lineup of speakers, but I think we just might have done it. You can check out our tentative schedule here.
We have also added a selection of two training classes the day before the conference that you won't find anywhere else. Raphael Mudge will be teaching Advanced Threat Tactics with Armitage and Metasploit and Bankim Tejani will be teaching Bootstrapping Your Application Security Program. More details on those trainings can be found here.
For those of you coming from out of town, we've negotiated a $90/night LASCON rate at the Hotel Allandale that is literally across the parking lot from the conference center. More details on the hotel can be found here.
The LASCON discounted pricing ends as of 10/1/2011. The prices will go from $125 to $175 for an OWASP member and $175 to $225 for a non-member (includes $50 OWASP membership). An added bonus is that $20 of every non-member registration goes back to your local OWASP chapter to fund events next year. Pricing on the training also goes up from $250 to $300 as of 10/1. OK, so maybe the $50 doesn't make a difference to you since work is paying for it, right? Have I told you yet about the super awesome solid metal laser-etched with your name on them badges this year? In order to get them done in time, however, they need to be in the printer by 10/1. So, register today, save yourself (or your boss) $50, and get a customized LASCON badge. Trust me, you don't want to be the lamer walking around at LASCON with a paper badge. You can register at:
We'll see you at LASCON!
